CoStar’s National Director of Multifamily Analytics Jay Lybik has nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate research. The majority of that time has been spent in the multifamily sector with experience on both the ownership and brokerage sides. Before joining CoStar in 2021 he worked for the Institutional Property Advisors division of Marcus & Millichap, Equity Residential and Cushman & Wakefield.

Lybik has presented at numerous industry-sponsored events by the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Apartment Association (NAA) and NAIOP.
